Dry to Semi-Dry
A semi-dry white, aged in stainless steel. Some might find it similar to a Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is fantastic alone, or alongside white meat and vegetable dishes. Also, it makes a nice complement to salads with creamy dressings or risotto.
